Expanded High score list functionality-
Now displays 5 pages of high scores:
“Current High Scores”, Top 20 living ships
“All-Time High Scores”, Top 20 ships, alive or dead
“Current [Class] High Scores”, Top 20 living ships of the same class as you
“All-Time [Class] High Scores”, Top 20 ships of the same class as you, alive or dead
“Fleet High Scores”, Top 20 living ships in your fleet
