Some users have had issues logging in to their existing website accounts. In-game player accounts are unaffected.
If you haven’t logged into your website account recently and your account was created before November 2022, you’ll need to access the password recovery tool by clicking the “Lost your password?” link from the website login page. Follow the prompts and an automated password recovery link will be sent to the email you originally used to register the account. Please be sure to check your SPAM folder and if you have any difficulties, don’t hesitate to contact me at mtrek@live.com.
