New Web Client

This is LONG overdue… but you can play the game right now via your web browser. Check out the “play now” link at the top of any page on mtrek.com.

Some notes to consider:

*latency is much higher (ie. slower) via web browser
*pasting of macros will not work properly
*incoming messages are over-written by subsequent messages for some reason

But… the game does render correctly in every browser I’ve tested so far. I think this is a great tool for helping new players get started. Future revisions of the player’s guide and other tutorials will still stress the importance of using a “proper” TELNET client to play.
